Every first-time renter is required to watch this video before using a bay. It covers two-post lift operation, safe load points, and general shop rules — it does not teach repair skills. If you're not confident using a lift after watching, call or text us at 385-300-0778 before you book.
Only use the lift's rated load points — never lift a vehicle from the frame, rocker panels, or other unsupported areas.
Confirm the lift arms are locked and the safety latches are engaged before working under a raised vehicle.
Never exceed the lift's rated capacity, and never leave a raised vehicle unattended with anyone underneath it.
Keep the bay clear of trip hazards — tools, hoses, and parts belong off the floor when the lift is in motion.
If anything about the lift feels off — noise, drift, a warning light — stop and call us before continuing.
